Repairs and Warranty Cover
Repairs are chargeable unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Our technicians will confirm warranty eligibility when inspecting your bike. Please provide your receipt of purchase when requesting a warranty check.
If your Eskuta is still under warranty, we’ll handle the process directly with the manufacturer and complete repairs at no cost to you. Out-of-warranty repairs will be priced based on the parts and labour required.
We only use approved Eskuta components and diagnostic tools to ensure your bike maintains its performance and warranty status.
What’s Included in Maintenance.
Regular maintenance keeps your Eskuta safe, efficient, and enjoyable to ride. Our standard servicing covers mechanical checks, brake adjustments, and electrical diagnostics.
Maintenance does not include replacement parts – any worn or damaged components will be quoted separately before fitting.
You can book one-off services or schedule regular maintenance to keep your bike in top condition all year round. We offer a regular maintenance contract, available to purchase online when buying you new Eskuta.
